Welcome to Live Hospitality POS
A quick tour of the till and where everything lives, so you know what each screen is for.
Everyone
Live Hospitality POS runs in the browser on your venue's tablets and computers. Staff sign in with a PIN, take orders on the floor plan, take payment, and close the till at the end of the night. Owners and managers also get an admin area for menus, stock, staff, members, reports and settings.
The main screens

A normal day on the till
- A manager unlocks each tablet with the venue's app password (only needed when the lock time comes round).
- Staff sign in with their PIN and clock in.
- The first person on the till counts the opening float.
- Service: tables are opened, orders are parked and paid.
- At close, someone counts the drawer and closes the till. The Z-Read prints and is emailed to the venue.
Which parts you'll see
Some parts of the till are optional modules your venue can switch on or off, such as job lists, payroll, tips, members, drivers and inventory. If you can't see a screen mentioned in this help centre, it may be switched off for your venue. See Turn modules on or off.
