Find your way around the floor screen
What each icon in the top bar does and how to read the table tiles.
Everyone
The floor is your home screen. It shows your tables and bar laid out like the venue.
The top bar
From left to right:
| Icon | Name | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Door arrow | Log out | Signs you out and returns to the PIN screen |
| Person | Staff | Opens Workforce: clock in or out, roster, leave and job lists |
| Dollar coin | Till | Opens the Till screen: float, petty cash, stock purchases, X-Read and close |
| Question mark | Changelog | Shows what's new in the software, and Add App |
| Speech bubble | Support chat | Message the Live Hospitality team |
| Circular arrows | Refresh | Reloads the app |
| Cog | Settings | Opens Admin (owners and managers only) |
The bar also shows who is logged in and today's date and time.
Reading the tables
- Sage green tables are free.
- A table with an open order changes colour and shows the order total on its tile.
- Tap any table to open it. See Open a table and start an order.
