Review stocktake counts and fix mistakes

1. In Admin, go to Catalogue › Counts. Each stocktake shows the date, who counted, how many items were counted, and how many were outside tolerance (or Within tolerance).
2. Tap a stocktake to open it.
3. Items outside tolerance are shown first. Tap Show matched to see everything.

For each item you'll see:

• Last count, Bought and Sold since then
• Should be, what the till expected
• Counted and the Tolerance
• the difference, and what it's worth

Correct a count

1. Tap Correct on the item.
2. Enter the right amount and a reason in Why this is wrong.
3. Tap Save correction.

Stock is adjusted by the difference, and the change is listed under the item with who made it and why.

Change the tolerance

Tap Change tolerance, enter the new amount and tap Save tolerance.
